Export your clients
Follow the guide for your app. Each one lists the steps from that app’s own help pages.
Import them
In your dashboard, open Clients, then Import clients. Drop the file in as it is (Excel, CSV or vCard). Nothing is saved until you confirm.

Check before anything is saved
Every row of an import shows whether it is new, an update, unchanged or an error. The import is kept under Past imports, with a report you can download.
What imported clients can receive
Clients you bring in with Import clients are records for your team. NextUp Walk-in doesn’t text them or add them to email campaigns or rebooking emails; a client gets those after agreeing at check-in. Emailing a past client list is a separate, one-time step on the Pro plan (Email Marketing), where each client is first welcomed with an unsubscribe link.
Questions
Does the free month work on yearly billing?
No. The free first month is for monthly billing. Yearly billing is already two months free.
What if my app is not in the list?
The offer is the same for Vagaro, Fresha or any other app. Export your client list from it as a spreadsheet and import it the same way.
Does the trial come first?
Yes. The 14-day free trial comes first and has every Pro feature.
Can I use SWITCH and a referral link together?
No. A business that came through a referral link already has its first paid month free, and checkout takes one or the other.
Who can import my clients?
Only the owner can import. Open Clients, then Import clients.
