Every plan

Show your work. Let them pick the look.

Put photos on the services you list. Customers browse them on their phone and pick a look when they join, so your team knows what they want before they sit down.

  • Up to 12 photos per style
  • Picked at check-in, no app
  • Seen on the ticket
  • Rotates on your TV

Build it from your service list

Turn on the switch beside a service and it joins your Lookbook. Add photos, order them, and you are done.

  • Up to 12 photos each.PNG, JPEG or WebP, several at once. The first is the cover.
  • Captions and sections.Group styles into sections and caption every photo.
  • Sold out, in one tap.A sold-out style stays on the page but is not offered at check-in.
  • Design numbers.Tattoo shops can number each flash design.
Example: the Lookbook editor for a tattoo studio.

Customers pick a look when they join

On the Check-in Page, an optional photo grid appears. They tap what they want and join the line. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.

  • Optional. It is one extra tap, never a gate. Skip it and they still join.
  • Only what is available.Sold-out styles are not offered.
  • No clutter. No styles yet? No extra step is shown at all.
Example: the photo grid on the Check-in Page.

Your team sees it on the ticket

The pick lands on the customer’s row on the Staff Screen, with a small photo. Tap it to see it larger.

  • Wants: the style they chose. No guessing when they sit down.
  • A note, not a rule.It does not change the service or the wait estimate.
  • Change or clear it.A Style button on the ticket swaps the pick.
  • Private. It is never shown on the TV or to other customers.
Example: a line row on the Staff Screen.

And on the TV between calls

Opt in to rotating cards on the waiting-room TV. Your styles sit beside the wait and who is up next, so the room browses while it waits.

  • Your best work, on a loop. The TV cycles your Lookbook styles.
  • You choose.Off until you turn it on in the TV settings.
  • Paid plans. The Lookbook itself is on every plan; the TV Display is on paid plans.
Example: the TV Display with Lookbook cards on.

The small things

  • Named for your trade

Call it Gallery, Specials or Flash & Portfolio. Rename it per location, up to 24 characters.

Each cover photo gets a short description, with an optional Spanish version.

  • Removed styles keep their name
