Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your NextUp account and all associated data at any time.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to your NextUp account at nextupwalkin.com/login.
- Go to Account Settings (your name in the top right).
- Scroll to the Delete your account section.
- Enter your email address to confirm, then click Delete my account.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, login credentials, and personal data. If you are the sole owner of a business on NextUp, that business and its queue history are also deleted and your Stripe subscription is canceled. This action cannot be undone.
Data retention
Some data may be retained for up to 90 days in backups before being permanently purged. Financial transaction records may be retained longer where required by law.
