Integrations
NextUp works on its own, with nothing to install. When you want it to talk to the rest of your tools, these are the connections that work today, on every plan.
Calendars
Bookings show up where your team already looks.
Google Calendar
Each team member can connect their Google Calendar: their NextUp appointments appear on it, and their own events close those times for booking.
Calendar links for Apple, Google, Outlook.com and Microsoft 365
A private subscription link to a location's bookings, or to one person's bookings and blocked time. It stops working when its maker loses access, and you can turn it off any time.
Add to my calendar
Any single booking as a calendar file, for whichever calendar app you use.
Automation and developers
Send what happens in NextUp to the rest of your tools.
Webhooks (Zapier, Make or your own system)
A signed HTTP request the moment someone joins, is called, is served or does not show, a line opens or closes, or a booking is made, moved or cancelled. Test sends and delivery history included.
API keys
Long-lived keys for your own dashboards, reports and integrations, shown once and revocable at any time.
Your data, in and out
Bring your menu in, take your records with you.
Service catalog CSV
Import services and prices from a spreadsheet, with a preview of every new, changed and unchanged row before anything is saved. Export it the same way.
Visit history in CSV or Excel
Every visit for a date range and location, ready for your own reporting.
Payroll files for Gusto, ADP and QuickBooks
Each person's hours from the time clock and their commission for the pay period, in a file your payroll service imports, plus a spreadsheet.
Getting found
Let customers join from wherever they find you.
Website widget
Your live wait and a join button on your own website, with one line of code.
Google Business Profile and Instagram
Your join link and a printable QR code, ready for your Google profile, your Instagram bio or the door.
Sign-in
One less password for your team.
Sign in with Google or Apple
For owners and managers, alongside email and password or a one-time email code. Two-factor authentication works with any authenticator app.
Need something that isn't here?
Webhooks and API keys connect NextUp to almost anything. Step-by-step setup is in the Help Center, and you can tell us which integration you'd use next.
