No appointment needed, and no crowded waiting room either.
Patients check in from their phone or your front-desk tablet and get a text when a doctor is ready. Short adjustments keep the line moving, and memberships and packages are paid right in NextUp.
What walk-ins are like today
The stuff that eats a shift, before anything changes.
Rush hours
Before work, at lunch and after five, patients arrive at once for a ten-minute adjustment and wait longer than the visit takes.
New patients slow the line
A first visit with a consult takes three times as long as an adjustment, and the people behind it have no idea.
Members who stop coming
A monthly plan only renews when patients keep coming in, and a long wait is the easiest reason to skip a visit.
How NextUp helps
What changes once the line lives on a phone instead of a bench.
Wait in the car
Patients hold their place from their phone and stay comfortable. If they opt in, a text tells them when to come in.
New patients counted right
A new-patient visit and a quick adjustment each count for their own time, so the estimate stays honest.
Memberships and packages
Sell monthly plans and visit packs online, look members up by phone at check-in, and take their member discount off at checkout.
See it for your chiropractors
Five screens, one system, always in sync — styled the way your customers and team will actually see it.

Chiropractors: common questions
Can patients join without an appointment?
Yes. Patients join from your QR code, a link or a tablet at the front desk, see their place and the wait, and get a text when a doctor is ready if they opt in.
Can we sell monthly plans and visit packages?
Yes. Create recurring memberships or visit packs. Patients buy them on your sign-up page, and the payments go to your own Stripe account.
Can new patients fill out an intake form before their visit?
Yes. Forms can ask new patients for consent and intake answers before their visit, and ask again once a year if you choose.
Is NextUp HIPAA compliant?
No. NextUp does not sign business associate agreements and is not built to hold medical records. It suits cash and membership clinics that run their line and sign-ups in it, and keep clinical notes and insurance billing in their own EHR.
How much does a chiropractic walk-in app cost?
NextUp is $29 a month for your first location and $19 for each additional one. Every plan includes the TV screen, the door tablet, appointments and 1,000 texts per location each month, then $0.05 a text. There are no per-seat fees. The 14-day free trial needs a card, but nothing is charged until it ends.
Give your chiropractors their time back.
Set up your first location in about two minutes. Your line can be live before your next walk-in.
