Everyone’s tips and pay, on one statement
Card payments and tips go to your own Stripe account. NextUp Walk-in shows what you owe each person, on a statement they can read themselves. You pay them and mark it paid.
- Your own Stripe account
- A statement for each person
- Cash tips counted too
- CSV and Excel exports
Pick how each person earns
Commission, tips, booth rent or suite rental, set per person. Card payments are charged on your own Stripe account, and NextUp Walk-in never holds your money.
- A setup for each person.Choose commission, tips, booth rent or suite rental. They can sit side by side in the same business.
- Your Stripe account.Connect it on the Payouts page. Setup takes about five minutes: your business details and a bank account.
- Each location its own way.A location can follow its own setup and even be paid into its own Stripe account.
- Stripe pays your bank.Stripe sends your payments to your bank on its usual schedule.
A pay statement for every person
Each team member who signs in with their own email sees their statement in their own book: what they have earned, less what comes off.
- Tips, in one place.Tips paid online land in your Stripe account and go on the person’s statement.
- Renters’ deposits and no-show fees. For people who rent, those go on the statement too, less rent and advances.
- Refunds follow through.A refund or dispute lowers what is on the person’s statement.
- You pay, then mark it paid.NextUp Walk-in shows what you owe. You pay your team yourself and mark the statement paid.
Statement open. Mark it paid once you have paid Marcus.
Tips you can trace, files you can keep
Every figure on a statement ties back to a payment. Download them for your books or your payroll provider.
- Who pays Stripe’s fee on a tip.You choose whether it comes off the tip or the business covers it. NextUp Walk-in never takes a fee on tips.
- Cash tips count.Cash tips are on every plan. A person records them on their book for the last 7 days, or an owner or manager adds them with a note.
- Statements to download. For every person and period, as a PDF, CSV or Excel. A team member can download their own.
- Every change is logged. The pay ledger exports to CSV or Excel for your books.
Downloads are for you and your accountant.
