Know which regulars are late, and invite them back

Overdue regulars lists clients who usually come back on a rhythm and have not. Most overdue first, with a one-tap Rebook, a number to call and a note by email.

  • Based on each client’s own rhythm
  • Most overdue first
  • Rebook in one tap
  • Email only with consent

A list that follows each client’s own rhythm

A pet groomed every 8 weeks is late after 10. A car serviced twice a year is late after about 7 months. The list works that out for every client.

  • Three finished visits.A client is listed once they have at least 3, with the last one with that team member.
  • More than 1.25 times their usual gap.The usual gap is the middle of the gaps between their last visits.
  • Nothing booked.Anyone with an appointment or a visit under way is left off.
  • Most overdue first.Sort or filter by team member, last visit or days overdue.
Example: the Overdue regulars view on the Clients page.

How it works

  1. 1

    Visits build the rhythm

After three finished visits, a client’s usual gap is known.

  2. 2

    Open the list

Clients, then Overdue regulars, most overdue first.

  3. 3

Rebook, call or send a note

One action per row, from the same screen.

Who it’s for

  • Barbershop

A regular who comes every three weeks has not been in for five.

  • Pet grooming

A dog groomed every 8 weeks is overdue at 10.

  • Auto service

A car serviced twice a year is overdue at about 7 months.

The small things

  • Respects consent

Send a note appears only for clients who ticked “Stay in the loop” themselves and have not unsubscribed.

  • Same sending limits

Notes follow the same daily limits as campaigns, and stop if your marketing email is paused.

  • Email only

    Nothing is sent by text.

  • Rebook prefilled

The booking opens with the client and team member already chosen.

Questions

Which plans have it?

Pro, the Restaurant plan and the free trial. It is not shown for restaurants or service counters, which take no repeat visits.

Who counts as overdue?

A client with at least 3 finished visits, whose last visit was with that team member, who is more than 1.25 times their usual gap past it, with nothing booked.

Does it send a text?

No. A note goes by email only, and only to clients who agreed to your emails.

Can I send a note to everyone at once?

Notes go one client at a time. For a group, write an email campaign to customers who have not been back in a while.
