A massage and spa waitlist app for walk-ins who would rather not wait standing.
Guests join from their phone or your front-desk tablet, pick a massage and a therapist, and get a text when a room is ready. Booked treatments sit right beside them.
What walk-ins are like today
The stuff that eats a shift, before anything changes.
Walk-ins at the busiest hours
Chair and foot massage studios fill up at lunch and on weekends, with guests standing at the door.
Requests for a favorite therapist
Regulars ask for one therapist by name, and the wait for them is anyone’s guess.
A calm room, crowded
A packed front room is the opposite of what a spa is selling.
How NextUp helps
What changes once the line lives on a phone instead of a bench.
Relax elsewhere
Guests hold their place from their phone and shop or grab a coffee. If they opt in, a text tells them when to come back.
Pick a therapist
Guests can ask for a therapist by name and see that therapist’s own wait, or take the next one free.
Sessions that set the wait
A 15-minute chair massage and a 60-minute deep tissue each count for their own time in the estimate.
See it for your massage & spas
Five screens, one system, always in sync — styled the way your customers and team will actually see it.
Also built for

Massage & spas: common questions
Can guests ask for a specific therapist?
Yes. Guests can choose a therapist when they join and see that therapist’s wait, or pick whoever is free next.
Can guests check in at a tablet at our front desk?
Yes. Kiosk mode turns any tablet into a check-in screen where guests pick their massage and a therapist and join without waiting for the desk. It never saves or fills in one guest’s name or phone number for the next.
Can we book longer treatments and take walk-ins at the same time?
Yes. Appointments sit beside the walk-in line. Guests pick a service, a therapist and a time, and confirmations and reminders go out 24 hours and 1 hour before. You can ask for a card on file or a deposit when they book.
How much does a massage waitlist app cost?
NextUp is $29 a month for your first location and $19 for each additional one. Every plan includes the TV screen, the door tablet, appointments and 1,000 texts per location each month, then $0.05 a text. There are no per-seat fees. The 14-day free trial needs a card, but nothing is charged until it ends.
Give your massage & spas their time back.
Set up your first location in about two minutes. Your line can be live before your next walk-in.
