Visits and stats from Insights
Press Excel in the top right of the Insights page and choose what you want.
- Summary stats.The same numbers you see on screen, as a workbook.
- Every visit.One row per visit: name, join time, wait time, service, team member and outcome.
- CSV too.A CSV visit export is also available.
- Your filters apply.The location and dates you chose carry through, up to about 400 days.

Each part of the business downloads from where you already work on it.
- Catalog.Your catalog exports to CSV or Excel.
- Activity.The Activity page downloads to Excel.
- Money files.Payout, statement and payroll files come from the Payouts and Payroll pages.
- Accounting package.PDF, Excel and CSV reports are on the Accounting page.
Each page exports its own records.
You decide who can download
Records belong to the owner, and exports leave a trail.
- Owners always can.Always, on every plan.
- Managers if you allow.Owners choose whether managers can download too.
- Recorded.Exports are recorded in the activity log.
- Still there if you lapse.Export keeps working if your subscription lapses, so you can always get your records.

Set the filters
On Insights, pick the location and the dates.

Press Excel
Choose Summary stats or Every visit. A CSV visit export is there too.

Open it anywhere
Sort, pivot or hand the file to your accountant or payroll person.
Who it’s for
Barbershop
The owner exports every visit for the quarter and sorts by barber to see who served the most and how long guys waited.
Salon
The salon exports its catalog to Excel to review service names and prices in one table.
Tattoo studio
The studio downloads its summary stats each month and keeps them next to its own books.
