Sell products at the counter and know what is left

List the pomade, polish or shampoo you sell, with a price and the stock at each location. Add one to a visit’s bill and the stock comes off when the bill is paid.

  • Stock at each location
  • Added to the bill in a tap
  • Low-stock alerts
  • Every change kept

Your products, one list

The Products page is for owners and managers. Add a product once, then set how many each location has.

  • The details.Name, SKU, price, description, whether it is taxed and whether it is for sale.
  • Stock at each location.Every location keeps its own count, so one shop never sells what another has.
  • Find it fast.Search the list, or filter to what is running low.
Example: the Products page.

On the bill, off the shelf

Anyone at the location can add a product to a visit’s bill with a quantity. The stock they see is what the location has.

  • No overselling.Add more than the location has and it says so. It is checked again as the bill is paid.
  • Stock comes off with the payment. It is taken in the same step that marks the bill paid.
  • Refunds put it back.A refunded bill returns its products to stock once.
Example: a product on a bill.

Told before you run out

Set a low level for each product at each location. When a sale takes it to that level, owners and managers are told.

  • Bell and phone.A notice in the dashboard bell and on the phone, once each time it drops to the level.
  • A morning email. From 8 am, business time, a short list of what is low.
  • A record of every change.Stock received, counted, sold or returned is kept with a note.
Example: a low-stock alert.
