Rebook or reschedule a client in a few taps
Right-click a booking, blocked time or empty time on the Calendar. Find next available shows the next openings that fit, and moving a booking tells the client by email.
- Right-click menu on the Calendar
- Four steps, one dialog
- Same rules as booking
- Client told by email
A menu where you are already looking
On the Calendar, right-click a booking, a block of blocked time or an empty spot for a themed menu, so the usual jobs are one click away.
- On a booking.Open or move it, reschedule to next available, check in, mark no-show when it is due, book again next week at the same time, copy the details, add it to your calendar, or cancel (it asks first).
- On blocked time.Edit its times and note in place, or delete it.
- On empty time.Book here, block from here, block the rest of the day, or find next available.
Also on blocked time and empty time
Four steps from question to new time
Find next available is one dialog with four steps. Open it from a booking to move that booking, or from empty time to find a slot for someone new.
- 1. Services.Pick one or more. The time it looks for is the total of what you pick.
- 2. Person.Anyone for the first free time across the team, or one person.
- 3. Time. The next openings, grouped by day, with Show later times for more.
- 4. Confirm. The old time against the new one, who it is with and what for.
Looks up to 60 days ahead
Anyone, or one person
Choose one person and you see their next openings. Choose anyone and each time names who has it and how many others are free then.
- Grouped by day.Openings are listed by day, and Show later times adds more.
- Who and how many. For anyone, each time shows the person it would be with and how many others are free.
- Team members see their own.A team member sees only their own openings.
One person: just their openings
Confirm, and the client is told
The last step shows the old time and the new one side by side. Leave Tell them ticked and the client gets the new time by email.
- Same rules as booking. It uses hours, blocked time, other bookings and crew, so a time it offers is not refused by the move.
- Its own time is free.A booking being moved does not block its own time.
- Other ways in.The New booking form, the Next open button in the toolbar, the booking’s Open or move dialog and the N key.

Who it’s for
Barbershop
A barber runs late, so the afternoon bookings move to the next openings in a few taps.
Nail salon
A regular wants the same set again, so you find the first station free for the whole time.
Pet grooming
An owner calls to push a groom back, and you offer the next openings while they are on the phone.
The small things
Up to 60 days ahead
It looks for openings across the next 60 days.
Press N
The N key opens it from the Calendar.
Blocked time respected
Time you have blocked is never offered.
Crew bookings
A service with more than one person needs them all free, and the times it offers reflect that.
Questions
Which plan has it?
Pro, with appointments and online booking. The 14-day trial has every Pro feature.
Does it message the client?
When you move a booking and leave Tell them ticked, the client is told the new time by email. Untick it to move the booking without a message.
Can a team member use it?
Yes. A team member sees only their own openings.
Does it book online customers?
No. It is for staff, to book or move a visit from the Calendar. Online customers book through your booking page.
Can it offer a time that then gets refused?
It uses the same availability rules as booking (hours, blocked time, other bookings and crew), so a time it offers is not refused by the move.
