Paid plans

Every shop, one account

Run each location with its own line, screens and team, and see them all in one dashboard. Every location after the first is the same lower price.

  • Own line and settings each
  • One dashboard
  • Same price for every extra
  • Free has one location

Each location runs on its own

A new location is a complete line, not a copy of a setting. Nothing one shop does spills into the next.

  • Its own line.Customers join the right shop, with its own link and QR code.
  • Its own screens. The Staff Screen, TV Display, Door Tablet and Queue Status are per location.
  • Its own staff PIN.One code per location for the shared floor screen.
  • Its own hours and settings.Opening hours and options are set per shop.
Example: the Locations page for a three-shop barbershop.

Share what should be shared

Branding and your services catalog belong to the business, so every shop looks and sounds the same. Then each location adjusts what it needs to.

  • One brand.Logo, colors and fonts are shared across the business.
  • One catalog.Add a service once and every location can offer it.
  • Switch services per location.Turn a service on or off at one shop and leave the others alone.
  • Prices per location.Override a service’s price where it differs.
Example: the same services with different prices and availability.

See all of it, or one at a time

Owners and managers see every location in one dashboard. Insights can show one shop or all of them together.

  • One sign-in.Switch between locations without logging out.
  • A location picker.Choose one location or all of them on the Insights page.
  • Each shop’s own time.Charts use every location’s own time zone, so the days line up.
Example: Insights across three locations.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add the location

Open Locations, press Add location, and give it a name and address. Only an owner can.

  2. 2

    Save the PIN

NextUp Walk-in makes the customer link and a 6-digit staff PIN. The PIN is shown once, so write it down.

  3. 3

    Set it up

Add its hours, TV, Door Tablet and QR code, the same way as your first shop.

Who it’s for

  • Barbershop

A second shop across town gets its own line, QR code and chair crew. The owner watches both walk-in lines from one dashboard.

  • Salon

Each salon keeps its own hours and staff PIN, while the service menu and branding stay the same everywhere.

  • Restaurant

Each restaurant location has its own wait list and screens. Insights shows one location or all of them.

The small things

  • One rate, however many

Walk-in is $19 a month for each extra location, Pro $39 and Restaurant $44. There are no volume tiers.

  • Prorated billing

A new location is billed for the rest of your cycle. Removing one lowers your charge.

  • More team members included

On Walk-in and Pro each location adds 3 included team members, counted across the business.

  • More texts covered

Each extra location adds 250 texts a month that NextUp Walk-in pays for, once text alerts switch on.

  • Up to 50 from the dashboard

Need more? Email support@nextupwalkin.com and we’ll raise the limit.
