Every plan

Hear it first. Then let them post it.

After a visit, clients leave a private rating and a comment. Everyone who rates can then go on to your Google profile or post on your booking page.

  • Private 1 to 5 stars
  • A link to your Google profile
  • Reply to posted reviews
  • No review gating

Ask after every visit

When a visit is marked done, the client’s page asks for a private 1 to 5 star rating and an optional comment for 24 hours.

  • Per location. In Location settings, Review settings, turn on “Ask customers to rate their visit.”
  • Private by default.Nothing is published automatically.
  • Your Google link.Paste the review link from your Google Business Profile. Everyone who rates sees it, not only happy clients.
  • No review gating.NextUp Walk-in does not hide the link from unhappy customers.
Example: Review settings for Fade Room Barbershop.

Read it on the Feedback page

Every rating and comment lands on the Feedback page, with the team member and services. Filter by location or stars.

  • The average and the breakdown.See the average and how many stars each score got.
  • Who and what. Each comment shows the team member and the services.
  • Spot a problem early.A low private rating is a chance to make it right before it goes anywhere else.
Example: the Feedback page.

Reply to what is posted

After rating, any customer can post their review on your location’s booking page, with optional text. It shows their first name and last initial.

  • Appears at 5.Reviews show once the location has 5. Until then they collect quietly.
  • Reply from Feedback.Your reply shows under the review.
  • Report what is wrong.Abusive reviews, ones from non-customers and ones with private details can be reported. NextUp Walk-in decides.
  • Honest criticism stays. You can reply, not remove it.
Example: a posted review with a reply.

How it works

  1. 1

    Turn it on

In Location settings, switch on the rating request.

  2. 2

    Clients rate

After a visit, they give stars and an optional comment.

  3. 3

    You respond

Read the Feedback page and reply to posted reviews.

Who it’s for

  • Barbershop

After a cut the client rates it. A 5-star client sees your Google link and a 3-star one tells you what went wrong.

  • Tattoo studio

The artist and service are on every rating, so you can see how each session landed.

  • Restaurant

Guests rate their visit privately, and the ones who loved it post on your booking page.

The small things

  • Private comments stay private

    Nothing is published automatically.

  • By team member

Each rating names the team member and services.

  • Filter

    By location or by stars.

  • Turn off the public part

“Show reviews on your page” is a switch per location.
