Book the whole wedding party, team or birthday in one go

One person books a block of time for 2 to 40 people and shares a single link. Each guest picks their own service and time inside it. You see one block on your calendar, with the deposit you already ask for.

  • 2 to 40 people, 1 to 8 hours
  • One link for the whole group
  • One deposit, your usual one
  • Holds only the spots it needs

The organizer books the block

On your booking page, a card says Planning a party or group event? It opens a short form, in the same look as the rest of your page.

  • Five answers. The event’s name, the date and start time, how long (1 to 8 hours), how many people (2 to 40), and the services the group may choose from.
  • Only times that work. The start times shown are the ones where your location can hold the group, and the page says so plainly when none can.
  • A normal booking underneath.Your hours, blocked time, the booking approval you may have switched on and the confirmation email all apply, so there is nothing new to learn.
Example: the organizer’s form.

One link. Everyone picks their own time.

Once you confirm the event and any deposit is paid, the organizer’s page shows one private link to send to the group.

  • A name is all a guest gives. No account, no phone number, no email. They type their name the way they like it and pick a service, then a time.
  • Times inside the block.Once a service is picked, start times every 15 minutes that fit it, with the spots free at each. A guest can step off if plans change.
  • The organizer sees who joined.“4 of 6 have joined”, with the names, on their own private page, which is also where they pay the deposit and move or cancel the event.
  • In their language. The organizer’s and guests’ pages are available in seven languages.
Example: the group filling up.

One block on your calendar, no overbooking

The event holds the spots it needs and no more, so the rest of your day keeps booking around it.

  • One block, Event: 4 of 6 joined.Open it for the guest list, who is having what and when.
  • Spots held, not the whole place. It holds enough spots for everyone to have the longest service one after another inside the block, and the owner’s settings page shows how a group is sized. Other bookings fit beside it, up to your limit at one time.
  • Checked at the moment it is booked. Two guests taking the last spot together, or an ordinary booking racing the event, can never push a time past your limit.
  • Moves as one.Drag the event to another time or day and every guest’s time moves with it by the same amount.
Example: an event on the calendar.

One deposit, the same rules as every booking

Nothing new to explain to your customers, and nothing new to reconcile at close-out.

  • One deposit per event.Your usual deposit, paid by the organizer on your own Stripe account. Guests pay nothing to join.
  • Refunded by your rules.Cancelled before your refund cutoff, it goes back. Later, you keep it. You cancelling always refunds it.
Example: the organizer’s page.

How it works

  1. 1

    Organizer books

Name, date, length, people and services, from your booking page.

  2. 2

    You confirm

Straight away, or after you approve it if you use booking approval.

  3. 3

    They share the link

Appears once the event is confirmed and any deposit is paid.

  4. 4

    Guests pick

Each chooses a service and a time inside the block.

Who it’s for

  • Hair and beauty

A bride and her party all get styled on the morning of the wedding.

  • Barbershops

A team before the big game, or a groom and his groomsmen, in one block.

  • Pet grooming

A rescue’s adoption day, with every dog on its own time.

The small things

  • On by default, off in a tap

Each location has a switch under Locations, Appointments. Turn it off and the card leaves your booking page.

  • Not the same as group bookings

A group booking is one customer bringing up to four guests. An event is a dated block for 2 to 40 people who each choose their own time.

  • Too big for the shop?

If a group would need more chairs than your location can seat at once, the page says to shorten the services, lengthen the block or call you.

Questions

Which plan has it?

Pro, with appointments and online booking. The 14-day trial has every Pro feature.

How big can an event be?

2 to 40 people in a block of 1 to 8 hours. For a larger group the page asks them to call you.

Do my guests need an account or a phone number?

No. A guest gives a name and picks a time. Because you have no contact details for guests, the organizer tells them of any change.

What if the organizer cancels or moves the event?

Guests follow a moved event automatically. A guest who opens the link of a cancelled event is told it was cancelled.

Does it work for every kind of business?

It works for any business that takes appointments. The services are the ones from your own catalog, shown by their own names.
