A standing time for the clients who always come back

A customer books once and picks how often: every week, every two weeks or every month, for up to 12 visits. Each one lands on your calendar, and each can be cancelled on its own or as the rest of the series.

  • Weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly
  • Up to 12 visits in one booking
  • Full times are skipped
  • Cancel one or the rest

Make this recurring

After picking a service and a first time, the customer switches on Make this recurring and chooses how often and how many.

  • How often.Every week, every 2 weeks or every month.
  • How many.Up to 12 appointments in one booking.
  • A plain preview. The page says it in words before they book, such as “We’ll book 6 appointments every 2 weeks”.
Example: setting up a series.

Booked in one go, never half-way

The whole series is booked together, against the same rules as any other booking.

  • Full times are skipped. If one date is already full, that visit is skipped and the others are still booked.
  • Nothing free, nothing booked. If none of the times are open, the customer is told and no booking is made.
  • Same rules as booking.Hours, blocked time and the limit on bookings at one time are checked for every visit.
Example: a series on the calendar.

Cancel one visit, or all that are left

A standing booking should be easy to end, for the customer and for you.

  • The customer. The link in their confirmation lets them cancel one visit, or that visit and every later one in the series.
  • Your team. Each visit shows its place in the series, like 2 of 6, with a loop icon. Cancel Series ends everything that is still ahead.
  • Book again next week.Right-click any booking on the calendar for a one-click repeat at the same time next week.
Example: ending a series.

The small things

  • Find next available

Move any one visit from the calendar to the next time that fits.

  • Not for groups

A group booking is one visit and does not repeat. Book it again for the next one.

  • Rebooking emails

For clients who book one visit at a time, a rebooking reminder email brings them back.
