Walk-ins at a brow bar or lash studio: let guests keep shopping, and sign the tint check first

Ten-minute threading and a 75-minute lash lift and tint share one small counter, often in a mall walkway where a crowd blocks everyone. A brow or lash business needs a line that lets guests walk away and come back, counts quick and long services differently, and asks the safety questions before the chair. Here is how to run it.

Join and keep shopping

Guests scan the QR on the counter or use a kiosk tablet, pick their service and go. Their phone shows their place and they come back when it says they are next. The kiosk mode never keeps one guest’s details on screen for the next person.

Quick and long services in one line

The starter menu has brow threading, upper lip, chin, full face, brow tint and lamination, lash lift, lash lift and tint and lash tint, with tint and shaping add-ons. Each counts for its own time, so a five-minute upper lip behind a 75-minute lift and tint is quoted fairly. Guests can pick a favorite artist or “Anyone”, with each artist’s own wait, and a party size lets friends arrive together before an event.

Safety questions before the chair

The tint, lift and lamination check asks about pregnancy or nursing, eye surgery or infection in the last 6 weeks, retinoids, Accutane or lash serums, and tint, adhesive or latex allergies. The guest signs it on their phone before joining, once a year or every visit as you choose. Nobody has to answer out loud at a busy counter. See digital waivers and records.

Cap the line, show the wait

A line cap stops joins at the number you can serve before closing, and the TV shows who is in the chair and who is next. For a mall kiosk with a busy Saturday, that is the difference between a calm counter and a blocked walkway. Each kiosk can run as its own location.

Bring regulars back

On the Pro plan, booked lash lifts and laminations sit beside the walk-in line with standing appointments weekly, every two weeks or monthly. A monthly threading club is a membership, and “every 10th thread free” is a loyalty stamp card; see memberships and packages and digital punch cards. Rebooking reminder emails go out three to four weeks after a visit.

The full list is on the brow and lash studios page.

Questions

Can guests choose their artist?

Yes, or “Anyone”. Each artist has their own wait.

Does the tint check have to be signed every visit?

That is your choice: once a year or every visit.

Can I run more than one kiosk?

Yes. Each location runs its own line and is priced on its own: $19 a month after the first on the Walk-in plan.
