The History tab on the Checkout page lists every bill with filters that work across all your data, running totals for what you filtered, and one tap to the receipt. Export what you see to Excel.

## Filter the whole history, not just the page

Filters and sorting run on the server, so you search every bill you have ever taken, however long the list.

- **Quick ranges.**Today, This Week, This Month and This Year above the table. The table’s date filter is your own range.
- **Find a bill.**By status, customer, phone, bill number or location, sorted any way and paged.
- **Totals that match.**A line shows the bills, the amount collected and the amount refunded across everything the filters match, not just the rows on screen.

## Tap a row, see the whole bill

A drawer opens beside the list, full width on a phone, with everything about that bill.

- **What was sold.**The status, date and time, location, bill number, each service and the amount.
- **Who it was.**The phone and email on file, a link to the client’s profile, and a plain line on whether they will be flagged next visit.
- **The receipt.**View it, download a PDF, or email it.

## Take it to your books

Whatever you filtered is what you export.
